I remember back when I was a child watching The Brady Bunch and they started to get all politically correct. Like, OK, let’s have an Asian child and a black. I used to get more offended by that than just… I grew up watching blaxploitation movies, right? And I said, that’s great. I didn’t go like, OK, there should be more white people in these movies.”

He right tho breh. Even sam jax being in it stuck out as great as he did as a villain. It was cool and kinda creepy for a kids flick but the scenery and cinematography was cool.

Shyt was long too damn near felt like 3 hours. Eva green is def a tim burton character tho i can see her being his female version of Depp

Movie should've been trimmed down by a good 10-15 minutes. Tim Burton can't direct action for shyt either, that "fight" scene on the pier was laughably bad. Other than that it was a solid movie, you can at least trust Burton to make a kids movie that isn't kiddy and doesn't shy away from being creepy and scary like a lot of classic kids movies were back in the day.
