Botswana, Kenya, Southern Nigeria, Southern Ghana are the English-speaking nations that are doing well even by African standards.
If you want to brush up on French then Senegal or Gabon is the place to be, or if you know Portuguese, then Angola is the oil-boom country in Africa. Luanda-Sol is a new city they have built form scratch and look like any other American suburb. But theirs a lot of whites in that country too.

If Black people know they were targeting women, children, and the elderly, I really do think that we would retaliate in such a similar manner.
But you have to think that a lot of negroes in America have become too pacified due to religion (Chrisitianity) and would sit out and sing Kumbaya rather then pick up a gun and fight. A lot have also been crushed by the white-supremecist system. A lot of young boys growing in a single-parent household having this reactionary trait which is a feminine mindset, while these whiteboys are having a pro-active mindset like men should have. You have to consider how many black people are have and are trained to use firearms compared to whitey. They are arming themselves more and more every since Obama took office. Gun sales are at a all-time high, can't yall see they are preparing for something, but a lot of black people can't see it, and when they do it will be too lately, sadly.
The police would be on their side too, they will not hesitate to use their skillsets against unarmed black people like they do every damn day. Their odds are heavily within their favor.
But with that being said, their are whites who will sit this one out too. You can't count on every single white person out their to be a foot-soldier or even an active participant. With that said you cant expect every black person will be your ally as well.

People who say we would lose a race war should probably touch up on their history. There have been successful revolutions WON by the minority population. It's not a matter of numbers. It's about the will to win, and I guarantee you that black people would be far more driven to win a race war should one occur.
