Thought I read in deadline in their abc story that it was third but I could be wrong. I thought they said nbc was last. Again. But I don't see how fox can be doing so bad with empire being the biggest show on TV

The whole point of the movie is pre crime is bad.. So they base a series sround precrime?
They could have at least set it before the movie so it made sense
