They can always get rehired by another district, precinct, city, county, etc.

Then they start the madness again and hurt and kill some more. Which is what happened with the RACIST WHITE Cop that killed Antwon Rose. He was fired by University of PITT Police for being too extreme, then hired again by Pittsburgh Police.
And then they are placed on adminstrative leave...usually paid. So basically rewarding these white supremacists for the murders of black folks.

If the cops that committed acts like the ones against George Floyd were sent to PRISON and did FOOTBALL NUMBERS for MURDER you would see alot less extrajudicial killings of black men and black women by police. Cause then there would be REAL consequences.
