I'm getting sick to my stomach listening to people talk about "what these people did in the first place."
And I keep telling people that George Floyd may not have even know he was committing a crime. I accidentally received a counterfeit 20 dollar bill last year. It happens. People can end up with counterfeit money and not realize it when they go to spend it. Some of the counterfeit bills out there look authentic.
And none of that even matters. I don't care if you murder someone. You have the right to be tried by a jury. Due process is one of the foundations that any good justice system is built on. We all see man shooters get safely detained.
No one should be slowly murdered in such an undignified and inhumane manner by public servants. No matter what the fukk they did. I'm so fukking sick of people saying "Well if they didn't do a crime they might still be alive". Even if they don't word it that way that is basically what they are saying.
It's a terrible argument.
