There were ppl screaming that he's not breathing and they thought he was dead

There were EMTs there who they didnt let immediately try to help him

4 of them did nothing while he was unresponsive for 3 minutes with a grown man's weight on his neck. That's against their own policy

Even if this is the final findings the stress of that knee to his neck still caused his death.

That report alone gives him damn near enough to get any decent lawyer to get at least one juror to not convict. Just imagine how many alley oops he going to get from now till his trial. Disgusting. Their setting this up where he gets a 2 year sentence and only does a few month. Infuriating.

shyt's stupid. How many people have underlying health conditions? If somebody beats an overweight person to death in the street, do they say the person had heart disease and diabetes and that's was the cause of death, not the beating, so therefore the assailant only gets charged with manslaughter or aggravated assault?
