Nothing like that on a national government level that I know of. We have the Justice Department that have a civil rights division but police are mainly left to local governments.

Keep fighting with no direction? Every successful movement have a strategy and demands, whether it military or social. I support Black people using our right to the 2nd amendment and practicing self defense. I have a concealed weapons permit and go to boxing and BJJ classes to practice self defense. But you also need clear objectives if we are going to be successful. I’m not even condemning what are brothers in Minneapolis are doing because they gained attention. But once you have the attention you have to be ready to do something with it. If not nothing is really going to change.
