Noticed damn near everyone of those cities weren't in the south ...nor places where African Americans tend to live.

Chicago
Tbh this map is kind of misleading, one house in a halfway decent area in the northeast, Midwest or west coast cost the price of multiple homes in the south...

That being said, nikkas is struggling in these democratic stronghold cities. All of them have exorbitant housing prices. Hell I’m looking at 3 flats by the university of Chicago borderline Woodlawn me and the prices are 400-600k for ones that aren’t run down. ~$300k will get you a dump. This is the same for every relevant city in the Midwest...

there’s a decent population of black people in Minnesota too with Milwaukee that isn’t counted because them nikkas still claim Chicago and go back and forth.

The point isnt about the black population is how much of that black population owns their own homes.

I was responding to his initial post within the quote. If we talking that, I would say the numbers are probably pretty consistent all over, especially in large inner cities versus suburban enclaves. The rate of black homeownership is higher outside of Atlanta city proper than in the city itself, and I would speculate other cities are like that too to an extent
