I was responding to his initial post within the quote. If we talking that, I would say the numbers are probably pretty consistent all over, especially in large inner cities versus suburban enclaves. The rate of black homeownership is higher outside of Atlanta city proper than in the city itself, and I would speculate other cities are like that too to an extentThe point isnt about the black population is how much of that black population owns their own homes.
