Milwaukee is generally just a hopeless trash city, nothing to do there, and crime is out of control...one of the worst disparities between black and white in the whole country. Black incarceration rate thru the roof

Milwaukee also has no identity, just a lame city in general. They're super close to Chicago but they don't want to copy Chicago so they copy Detroit instead since Detroit is equally a dump just like Milwaukee, plus it's the nearest city that's popping besides Chicago. Minneapolis and Indianapolis don't got shyt in terms of rap or identity so Milwaukee can't copy them
