How many rookie coaches took a ready made, top four team to the chip?
:pachaha:
Damn just looked it up:
Kerr, Lu, Nurse and Mazzulla.
:skip:
I guess buddy wasn’t it. Why fire and not have a coach in mind. Maybe the are negotiating now.

How would get them over the top right now? Doc? Van Gundy?

:wtf::merchant::dahell:

After getting rid of Budenholzer and passing on Nick Nurse, they get rid of Griffin after a 30-13 record and being 2nd in the conference? :mjtf: I wasn't a big fan of the defense, but they still had a good record. :mindblown: Giannis has to be behind this. They doing anything for this dude, man. :camby: Personally, I want Coach Bud back :hubie:, but Doc looks to be the choice. :yeshrug:

This dismissal of Adrian Griffin feels very reminiscent of David Blatt's firing with the Cavs in 2016. We all know it's the right move despite the team's success which came in spite of him. The Cavs won the chip, have to wonder if this move catapults the Bucks in the same way.

For as much as we slander Glenn as a head coach, the reason he gets hired is because he runs competent NBA teams........the Bucks were not competent at all. He would be a major upgrade over AG even if he falls short in the area of in-game adjustments.

David Blatt was 30-11 in 2016, had a record of 83-40 as well as a Finals appearance when he was fired from the Cavs after defeating the Clippers 115-102 on January 21, 2016. When the vibes are off, the vibes are off.

Blatt had a year and a half. Adrian griffen had 43 games.
