Man im in nyc make above average but it still too expensive. plus i got a baby. Plus when i go out i want to hit on as many women as possible and that brings trouble and more expenses.

My ass stay home with my child and ol lady. ive been itching for a fight too so i need to stay off the streets plus parking is a fukkin bytch out here.

nah i dont even drink like that but the patient i have foir drunk/ high people and the level of disrepsect they seem to shoulder in a prideful way, has me on edge.

I save tons,,, just staying home with some good homegrown Colorado smoke, Serato, or MPC, making music, or invite my peeps over, and wifey invite her peeps over, and we have a lil house party.... or call up the brehs, smoke that good, and I'll murk they azz in Madden or NBA 2K.

as introverted as i am, i do enjoy going out, but as someone stated when you a regular nikka, you do get treated like a second rate person (at certain spots)

case in point, me and my lady like strip clubs, now a few years ago, you could pull up, pay the lil 5 or 10, go sit down have a drink watch the hoes, shyt i would go so much i would pay the hoes no mind and watch the game and just joke with the bartender, fast forward to about a month ago me and her pull up, its 20 to get in (per person, normally ladies is less if not free) then we get in, the same spot that once had chairs/ stools at the bar...NO SEATS...ok cool... they got the lil tables for two people, they ALLLLLLL say reserved, nobody comin...ok cool, so i tell my lady like yo go ask the nikka how much to sit down ( i tell her cause these nikkas is suckas for women lol so we might dont gotta pay) so this nikka comes finds me and like yo you gotta buy a bottle or hookah, so im like nah im cool, i dont need no big ass bottle im damn near faded comin thru the door, so eventually he find us a seat and all is well, but the strip club scene that use to be chill tries to dictate that you have to be a baller to just chill..like damn we just wanna have a goose n tonic and a wine for her and look at some ass

This is very true which is why I lowkey gave up on partying in the states and keeping my group of friends small. Most ppl my gen and lower dont wanna go out anywhere. Most just hit the gym, school, work and home. Knew many cats that didnt feel like going out. My gen is weird af. Most millennials/gen z "going out" is just hanging around smoking weed and from time to time bars/lounges.

And also clubs these days are ass.

This is very true which is why I lowkey gave up on partying in the states and keeping my group of friends small. Most ppl my gen and lower dont wanna go out anywhere. Most just hit the gym, school, work and home. Knew many cats that didnt feel like going out. My gen is weird af. Most millennials/gen z "going out" is just hanging around smoking weed and from time to time bars/lounges.

And also clubs these days are ass.

Yeah Mill's and Gen Z are one weird bunch I tell ya just all around to be honest, that work, gym, and then home pattern is hella repetitive and depressing. Lately I just my outings dolo whether that's for events, jogging, bars, visiting diff towns and etc been meeting new folks though I keep most of them as aqutinces as folks these days are too flakey and their word don't mean shyt.

I don't blame people for not going out with the current cell phone culture.

Every time I go out people just take pictures of what they're doing instead of actually doing what they're doing if that makes sense.

And most people just browse social media anyway.

I was born in the wrong generation. Everything about my gen is weird. Which is why for now on when I'm in the states I'm just grinding/building/making my money. Thats what America is for to me. Building. Vacations is where I have my REAL fun. Which is why I now do two vacations a year. Got one in June for Colombia(again) and then the real run come September in South Africa.

Every time I go out people just take pictures of what they're doing instead of actually doing what they're doing if that makes sense.

And most people just browse social media anyway.

The biggest deal breaker for me was this New Years House party. Everyone on their phone "pretending" to have "fun." lol.

I'm there so it always is obvious that it's never as fun as she makes it seem on social media and it's such a joke but then again I might just be the grumpy old man LOL

I'm 25 gonna be 26 next month and realize this. Latino, Caribbean and African parties MAY be the exception because their culture forces you to have fun. Its to a point where I try and avoid Hip Hop spots.

But all in all partying overseas is more fun. And more worth the investment.

I definitely need to experience parties from other cultures and I agree I never hear about them doing the same thing as American culture LOL

Last time I had fun at the club was in Las Vegas because people come from all over the world and it seems everyone's just having fun
