Also night game has also died because night game was created for smokers in American history and then the speak easy.
So, Without smoking being legal in a venue like a club.
Also eliminates, the prospect of night game being as eventful or entertaining as previous era's or years.

I feel like I already missed the supposed wild phase of my life(26) and i wasn't exactly Mr popular growing up. Now I'm just like wtf am I supposed to do now. Trying to go out and meet people but if feels like everyone speaks a different language. I think I just have to let go of everything i thought life would be.

A good amount of millenials actually work pretty hard bruh. They just have less to show for their work than someone working equally as hard in the 90s/early 00s

Plenty working multiple jobs and going to school but making less than their predecessors

You on some baby boomer shyt with that statement

Minimum wage is higher now. They may work 2 jobs, plenty of people have worked 2 jobs before and made less, that's still not a reason to not be able to get out the house and enjoy life.

Everyone generation has their obstacles, but there is a way to beat any an every system.

Most are broke

Most live in the hood and are afraid of getting shot. Hell there was a murder in the Gold Coast in the Chi a few weeks back, no where is safe. Netflix and chill > going out and possible death

Breh, you watch too much tv. KC is more dangerous than Chicago per capita. I just had some cac shoot up some Indians and make national news about a mile from my house

At least 3 murders in the past year or so around my house in the burbs, I'm still walking these streets no strap :mjlol:

I was having a convo with this Euro cac last week, he thought just like you, walked around like it was all good and witnessed two shootings his first week in the Chi :pachaha: He learned real quick to stay north of Roosevelt and east of Damen :laff:

Raves, house music parties, I shed tears for cats who grew up in the VIP table era, that's no way to experience youth :wow:

The article in OP is comforting :mjcry:

I'm 25 and I live in NYC and thought I was missing out due to various personal problems (Health and financial) by not going to lounges.... I have no interest in going to clubs unless its for a specific type of music like EDM. Had me like damn my peers are living it up and enjoying life making money, etc, and I'm sitting at home rotting away most times :mjcry: Nice to know that my fellow millennials aren't going out either :lolbron:

My outdoor activities mainly consist of going to the park, beaches, foodie and hobbies, but I never truly experienced "nightlife".

clubbing got boring to me before i was even old enough to be legally allowed to enter the clubs.

i imagine clubbing now is similar to that club episode of ATLANTA and the chick tries to give paperboy her inatagram instead of phone number :beli:

Im glad i grew up when i did...in my early adulthood, philly was trying to bring house parties back (give me one of those instead of a club anyday)...or everyone who wanted to congregate found benches in the park or in someones alleyway to chill at...music and everything. this was when internet dating was still tabboo, so i had the best of both worlds...pulling socially awkward girls on AOL would give up the cooch for attention and pull whatever thots showed up at a house party

It was very common for nikkaz to get roasted back in the day for meeting chicks online :heh: Crazy how times and perceptions have changed. Now it's thirsty to holler at a girl in real life :smh:

Lmao! I am. I've just observed a HUGE atrophy in socialization skills due to overreliance on technology. The tools are never the issue. That wasn't what I was implying. The PEOPLE or their abuse of them are.

I don't see what's so tragic about the supposed "atrophy in socialization". How do the way young people interact affect you in any meaningful way?

How about you just worry about yourself. The sky isn't falling.
