Nah I definitely feel what he’s saying. I’m November 93 and I’ve always felt like a tweener with this generations shyt. I can relate to a lot of Gen Z shyt, and a lot of the older millennial shyt is to me bc of their Gen X influences. Of course there are older Gen Z babies (97, 98, 99) that know the chapelle show and Martin lol, even if they saw it through reruns. Zillenial is the correct description for some of us.

What I love is having the comfort and familiarity of the 80s-90 through media and the tech savvy of the younger gen’s. It’s a nice balance remembering when life was really about your block, getting into trouble/fights, hooping all damn summer, 500, smoking weed, fukking with hoes, the party line and being out all night with the homies sneaking off.
