I agree with the message, I just think the people in this "film" are so weak it's embarassing as a human being.
But look who the baby boomers learned from...the supposed "greatest generation".
They stormed the beaches of Normandy, brought down the Nazis and ended World War II with their "heroism"...but when it came to their black and brown neighbors in their own neighborhoods, they decided it was best to just attack them unprovoked and move away from them like cowards (only to build their own suburban enclaves to house their racism and xenophobia). So f*ck them IMO!
It is satire, I didn't see anyone being weak. And if war prowess is representative of being strong our generation has done more fighting than anyone before us.
And it sounds like your problem is with the old CACs, so it seems as if you should be cosigning this video seeing how they have a problem with the old CACs as well

They skated through college getting 7 year degrees in Fingerpainting then wonder why they cant find a job. The truth is they CAN find a job. White privilege enables them to get a job almost anywhere, the problem is they dont WANT a job. Cuz their parents rewarded them throughout childhood for being mediocre, so they carry the same attitude to college and on to work. Work gets in the way of their "passion", which is always something they call "art" but no Art Museum would ever accept their re-purposed trash. When your a college kid, living like a nomad and bumming off your parents is ok. When your balding (like lance armstrong in the video) or going grey (like the bespectacled lesbian) you are pathetic.

These people have had EVERYTHING handed to them but they are still crying about how "life is so hard"!!! It's pathetic!
My dad moved from a f*cking bankrupt by EMF Nigeria in the 70s, worked his ass off while he was working on becoming a doctor and got his medical scholarship to come to the states. And my mom came from St. Kitts and eventually made it in America and got her education. Basically they came from the THIRD WORLD and made it in the FIRST!
These people are FIRST WORLD products and can't even make it (or don't want to)on their own home turf...what does that say?
They'll probably talk about how their families worked hard for everything they got...but they had something that me and my family never had...WHITENESS. That's a pretty good start to making a livin...especially in the 40s-60s when black people were shut out by Jim Crow and numerous legalities that made it possible from black people to be shut out from the workforce. Also, white people were and are still the largest recipients of government assistance. FDR and the New Deal programs largely benefitted that generation of white people and black people were historically shut out from receiving those benefits of those progams.
So, that's where these people in this "satire" miss me with this.
While I agree that these are awful people (baby boomer parents dropped the ball), I don't buy the whole rant about not being able to find jobs because of laziness or some over abundance of humanities degrees. Your criticism only applies to a small portion of the youth.
We will definitely be the first generation in America to have less wealth than our parents. Majority of it this is due to systematic things
1. stressing the importance of a college degree while ignoring trades and entrepreneurship
2. Boomers not knowing financial literacy
3. Corporations and Banks having more rights than any individual human
4. Outsourcing of jobs
5. Hyper-capitalism created a market for meaningless, low wage jobs that make the economy appear to function above where it actually is...
6. Integrating social media and technology into our social/cultural sphere has created tons of bubbles that are going to burst soon enough (useless apps selling for 100s of millions)
7. Cities, which were normally the place the young and creative went, have become havens for the disgustingly rich, foreign and old.
8. Wealth inequality is the largest it's ever been in history. Productivity has significantly outpaced wages.
9. Universities have become overfunded and thus have morphed into corporations
With that said, Americans live a privileged life but the goal is always to move forward and never backwards.
Believe it or not, the 70s, 80s and 90s were easier for upward mobility. I'm sure the requirement to become a doctor these days are 10 fold what anyone during that time period went through, not to mention exponentially more expensive.

These cacs were given every advantage in life, plus they have parents who would even trick off their retirement money just to make sure they want for nothing even into adulthood. They live in communes, bathe infrequently, get shytty tattoos and go out of their way to dress poorly. They are like the wife who makes herself fat and unattractive, then wonders why her husband doesnt want her.
