Been in the AF over 5 years and I just don't see it. I know most of them go unreported or confidentially reported though. As far as the men on men thing, that must be a deployed Army/Navy/Marines thing. Most Air Force deployments are just 6 months, and we have the most women.

Soldiers were often given little boys to sleep with. I think punishment for male rape was not heavily enforced to the degree you think it is. I'm sure by now we've heard about the astronomical number of "loose" women in the military. But the accumulation of unprecedented rapes is deeper, than just the physical deed.
