When I was in I was in the engine room of a ship. No access to weapons or weapons systems.


But I knew a lot l of navy brehs, marines and some Seals thru a breh I met in boot camp who ended up becoming one. And one of my best friends for a while was a army cat.


Will some do it. Absolutely. The armed forces are literally a microcosm of America. Some will buck the system. Some will reluctantly do it. Some will relish it.

I met some real asskissers and evil minded motherfukkers who would push a button in a heartbeat.


Me personally? Nah fukk that. I’m fukking up our own equipment before I would fire on Americans. I was never all in with the military shyt. I had a plan. GI Bill cash and out

I’m going to be honest. I don’t like the idea of trained soldiers facing off against Americans. But if I had to either choose between soldiers or police I would choose soldiers.

I think there is something to it when you put on that blue uniform. Your automatically against everyone who is not police. Soldiers are us. They can still get arrested and will face swift punishment from command if they fukk up. Unlike police.

My experience with him is that he would do anything to advance or curry favor. Would that include murder? I would hope not. But from what I knew of him I would not be surprised if he would.

Them cats being deployed on US soil are weekend warriors. National Guard. Think of yourself but just having to go train 1 weekend out the month. Its not regular army. Those people got regular jobs.

I’ve seen Taliban and Al Queda members treated better than American police treat suspects...A lot of the stuff LE does a service member Would get fired and then some.

Yeah. Soldiers aren't given absolute power like cops are. Cops roam around, and do whatever they want - their boss isn't on the field with them.

The only way (for most) of us/them to take out a civilian would be if said civilian threatened the life of the warrior, his/her fellow warriors, or another civilian.

Are there some who'd just go 'Rambo'? Sure. Just like any job, you'll have those who ain't wrapped too tight.

That's what Basic Training/Boot Camp is for.

To weed-out the defectives who cannot properly think under-pressure. Not to just blindly follow orders.
