Pennsylvania Judge Dismisses Case Against Muslim Accused Of Attacking Atheist Dressed As 'Zombie Muhammad'
A storm of controversy has erupted over the ruling of a Pennsylvania judge todismiss a case against a Muslim man accused last October of attacking an atheistwho marched as "Zombie Muhammad" in a local Halloween parade.
Citing a lack of admissible evidence, Cumberland County Magisterial District Judge Mark Martin dismissed harassment charges against Talaag Elbayomy, a muslim immigrant who was recorded in a grainy video last October physically engaging another man, Ernest Perce V, during the Oct. 11 parade in Mechanicsburg, Pa.
Perce, a member of the "Parading Atheists of Central PA," filed a complaint with police alleging that Elbayomy attacked him during the parade and inflicted bodily harm, according to the Harrisburg Patriot-News.
"He grabbed me, choked from the back, spun me around to try to get [my "Muhammad of Islam" sign] off that was wrapped around my neck," Perce told ABC 27 News.

If you're religious, then we can pretty much agree the TEXTS that are foundational to the major religions do condone violence.
Atheism isn't a "thing"...its the lack of subscription to an idea. Its not asserting anything, either.
You don't need religion to be "moral" but you damn sure need morality to reject religion...otherrwise you're just a shytty follower of the faith
Common sense and human nature also condone violence in certain situations just like religion. Should we also call common sense and human nature illogical? There are hardly any philosophical ideas that do not condone violence in some form.

My parents still live in that county. I realize that doesn't add anything to the discussion I just never see Harrisburg in the news.
