Bold is the only real problem I see. "Unlimited expenditures" and politics shouldn't mix, because eventually someone will figure out a way to use that as a loophole to buy out all the elections.

What's also of crucial importance, is a revamp of the education system (which won't happen anytime soon) so people aren't so stupid, and can use critical thought to realize "Hm, if this issue necessitates a multi-million dollar Super PAC, maybe it doesn't have the greatest intentions."

If it takes millions of dollars to convince the populace of something, it's probably pretty shady.
