On sight - fukk emWhat about super pacs?
I haven't been up on my politics in a minute, so I'm not the one to ask, but,
From Wikipedia:
Federal multi-candidate PACs may contribute to candidates as follows:
- $5,000 to a candidate or candidate committee for each election (primary and general elections count as separate elections);
- $15,000 to a political party per year; and
- $5,000 to another PAC per year.
- PACs may make unlimited expenditures independently of a candidate or political party
What's also of crucial importance, is a revamp of the education system (which won't happen anytime soon) so people aren't so stupid, and can use critical thought to realize "Hm, if this issue necessitates a multi-million dollar Super PAC, maybe it doesn't have the greatest intentions."
If it takes millions of dollars to convince the populace of something, it's probably pretty shady.
