Dudes a very good coach, the question is how will they be in the playoffs, that being said, the Knicks roster is arguably the best team he's ever coached.
He was ALWAYS a good defensive coach (seems like most black coaches are..... 'cism? )
His offensive strategies were what people would clown here in the A. At the end of games, everyone knew his goto play was ISO-JOE . shyt was embarrassing. At least he picked up something from Pringles offensively. Couple that with the fact he was gonna make them play D and there you have it.

No numnuts, when the opposing team knows what you will do EVERY SINGLE TIME, IT'S PATHETIC.
I thought the ISO JOE shyt was just a thing around Atlanta, but one of my friends who was Asst GM on the Suns, told me about that shyt one day and how every team in the league pretty much knows what was gonna be the play at the end of the day. You don't think that is rediculous?
