I get you but Josh has been to Denver, St Louis (OC), and the Raiders and has done nothing with any QB. Not a positive sign at all. Brady may have masked a lot of things in regards to Josh. Brady looked fine with Bill O'brien as his OC and in Tampa.

Went to the playoffs 3 out of his first 4 years. Went to the conference championship his second year, and was the #1 seed his 3rd year, all with Ryan Tannehill as his QB. Won Coach of the Year in 2021. The guy can coach and would still be in Tennessee if his GM didn't undermine him.

Because for some reason Kraft wanted Mayo and put it in his contract that he would take over after Bill.. This was before Vrabel was even available as a coach.

You still need a well coached team on both sides of the ball to make the playoffs, even when you have a talent like Henry. This isn't basketball.
