We were all rooting for Nate, but the reality is....this should be a wake up call for anyone who thinks a couple of months of “training”(and I use that word loosely considering how bad Nate was last night) can compete with any type of technique and training cause nikkas be on here(and other places) talking crazy like they could just step in the ring and host a street fightit’s almost like how nikkas think they could beat a nba player just because he’s not good as other nba players, then act shocked when even a g-league player looks like Jordan against regular people.
that’s not how boxing works, not matter how athletic/physically gifted you are in another sport. Some physical skills can translate to other sports however, the fact nikkas thought Nate could be the favorite just because he could jump pretty high for someone his height...and 15 years ago at that...
Yup. Just like with any sport, it's physical AND mental. And just cuz you got good IQ for another sport, doesn't mean you can come into a new one and do well.

he couldn't get a word in between Snoop singing hymns and Mauro Renallo's pro-wrestling shtick. There was some weird tension between Ray and Mauro, he mentioned a few times he wants the chance to whoop him

It was good production. I’m happy it went down. Sugar coulda gave more energy and insight but I think everything went well.. as far as Nate well....
I’m also happy with the draw... I’m happy mike Tyson is showing humility and giving back. Doesn’t matter what position you’re in but if you can freely give to others who are less fortunate that’s always a good look.
It did seem like Sugar wanted a pay day he kept saying he wanted to get in there with Mauro
