How many body builders are great athletes?
Dude has great genetics but I don't believe a damn thing he says Could've swore dude said he ate nothing but one chicken noodle soup everyday I think he's said he's a schizo too
He said he only eats one meal a day, and that is at night because that is how it always been. I think this is the cause of his mental problems, because when you do schoolwork, then physical work all day, and only eat one meal at night, your brain becomes stressed, and this is why he has mental issues. His body looks that way because he never gave it a chance to keep onto fat. The food he ate at night was able to repair his muscle, and the rest that turned to fat got burned the following day with him being so active, and eating nothing during the daytime. EVERYONE can look muscular if they have low fat. His muscle grew because he has been living like this for years, unfortunately it gave him a mental condition, in my opinion.
I don't really think that is totally true. Mike was known to hit the heavy bag fast with all of his power. That is almost like lifting weights, because he is not just relying on his own weight, but pushing
the punching bag to allow his muscles to build energy overtime for a powerful
punch. The thing is he is doing all important workouts for boxing in one
session.
He is hitting a heavy bag fast which is equivalent to weightlifting, he is constantly hitting for a number of minutes which is equivalent to hitt cardio, and he is punching which trains his muscles for good snap action. In theory, you can be powerful if you separate all of the things, and do them properly.
I think what's real important, and which most people overlook, is what he ate. When he was with Cus" D'Amato, he ate steak, and pasta everyday. Steak is high in good fats, as well as protein, which helps build up your slow twitch muscle. This muscle is dense, and very tough, so imagine having a lot of it, and hitting someone. The tough, and chewy dark meat when you eat food is
the slow twitch fibers.
The pasta helps build his fast twitch muscles which is why he was able to be fast. The white colored more chewable meat when you eat food is the fast twitch muscles. He had both things that's needed to be powerful, in a high amount because he was a heavyweight. I think if he did his workout in more detail, he may have been dangerous because being dense in the right muscles,
AND knowing how to fight, can make someone reckless if they don't know how
to handle that much power.

Funny!
That is how the body works. Do more research for Fast twitch muscles, slow twitch muscles, sympathetic nervous system, and parasympathetic nervous system. What you won't learn, without putting two, and two, together,is that fat and protein is needed to fuel and rebuild the slow twitch, and carbohydrates with protein, preferably complex, to fuel and rebuild the fast twitch. It's not broscience.
Seriously though dude prob won the genetic lottery. Crazy mesomorph
