How many pro bowlers do the Steelers have on defense. When that number reaches at least 2 or 3 along with offense being around 4 at minimum, then we can talk about coaching. KC had like 9 and didn't make the playoffs. Hes doing what he can with what he's got.

Steelers' main problem is they up against the cap, got a bunch of old useless vets and haven't solved their o-coordinator issue.

None of this is directly Tomlin's fault and Steelers rarely make changes so he should be good.

Besides ike/troy and keisel, who is a wave player now the d isn't old anymore. The problem is the younger guys they have aren't better than the guys they replaced thus far. Jarvis Jones hasn't had the impact of a james Harrison or a joey porter. Jason worilds hasn't been able to play the run and pass like Woodley could before the nagging injuries. Dude got put on his back last night by Owen Daniels. McClendon is a penetrating nt and not the plugger that Hampton was. Mitchell has been quiet for the most part. Shamarko Thomas isn't gonna get a chance to start at ss until troy retires. cam thomas starts at de even though he was benched for being trash in san Diego
