I actually grew to like CMB. They all had their strengths and weaknesses. Without Carlin I think the baseball side of discussion will take a hit. I would put Bart and Maggie on 10-1. Obviously Evan is getting that 1-6 spot. I thought him and JJ would be good together but when they were together over the summer I wasn't overly impressed, it might just be they need to build that report together. I actually like the morning show now then I did with Carton, I couldn't stand carton

I fukks with his solo show and his podcast sometimes. When he's by himself or doing his podcast, he'll talk about shyt he knows he can't get into on the weekly show. It's not bad, but you gotta be into the subject matter.

the funny thing is that Evan uses his podcast the way Mike should have used his exclusive content. Evan will do a podcast right after a wild Mets game sometimes and talk about it for a bit. That's what the app was supposed to do. Instead Mike got a Twitter account and made it pointless. The only time he went on a rant that I can recall off his regular hours was when the Giants took Daniel Jones and he was on someone else's shyt.

Yeah listening to JJ and Evan together this summer made me like both of them less. They are too similar in type, matter of fact the entire FAN's new regime are 30-50 year old nerd white guys. They need some diversity up there.

The Giants ended Shurmur’s 15-minute weekly spot with the outspoken WFAN host, just days after Francesa ripped him and the team following an 0-2 start, the coach confirmed.

“I think that was an organizational decision not to do that,” Shurmur told reporters Thursday following Newsday’s report. “Most people aren’t aware of this, but I wasn’t contractually obligated to do that spot. We did it as a courtesy and out of respect for our relationship with the radio station. We just felt like for a while, just put that to bed for a while and not do it and move forward.”

Francesa, known to have a short leash with callers, has had a beef with the Giants since Dave Gettleman selected Daniel Jones — now the starting quarterback — with the No. 6 pick, which Francesa thought was way too early in the draft.

“You look like a bad team through two weeks,” Francesa told Shurmur on Monday. “I hate to say it, but you look like a terrible team. You’re not good at anything.”
