At Mike sleeping. He is a on cruise control when Maddog left he completely lost any comedy aspect lowkey Mike was kind of a funny dude at times. Whens the last time he sonned Sweeney I don't remember honestly.

It's a shame they let there egos get in the way as much as it probably bothers them they caught magic in a bottle with that combination. Hopefully Maddog comes back but it seems more likely that they wouldnt want to team up again. But Mike still has the best show in New York.

He's too arrogant . He says wrong stuff and no one can correct him and he won't admit it. He's condescending as hell too won't answer anyone with a differing opinion just shyt on them and loves the fans who ride him

WFAN has been fading for a bit now.

I know Boomer and Carton do pretty well....but there's too much non sports related crap that happens it becomes tough to listen. Carton is meh, he tries to hard to be Howard.

The midday show is awful. Im sorry. Ive followed Bengingo since he was a caller and did overnights...but he now he gives off this vibe that its a chore to come in and talk sports for 3 hours. He doesnt even pretend to watch the games anymore. He's literally makes several points a show with zero evidence to back it up. Evan needs to realize that no one cares about the Mets in September. He could sit there and talk and talk about the Mets. No one cares right now. He's a snooze to me.

Mike when he wants to be still has it. He's been on cruise control for years now. He doesnt even pretend to try anymore...people are just so locked into 660 on that drive time I guess it doesnt make a difference....but eventually it will start to fade mpre than it is now. The Sweeney report is a snooze fest. The Mets are 50 games under 500 in September, enough with the Terry Collins reports. No one cares. A big problem is as you've pointed out...is teh Yankees are boring. The only controversy that comes about is when he creates it himself. DItto the Mets...the biggest Mets story of the season was Tank blowing up during a meaningless game in August.

The NFL has become a 365 sport. The NBA is growing...the Knicks have gained momentum...theres a team in BK now. Its unbelievable how the station doesnt talk any basketball. There's a huge audience for it.

Another shame is what's become of Mikes best contribution to the station- the NFL Now. Its turned into recycled interviews from the week and endless commercials.

Mike can talk basketball and leaves out the Sas nonsense . But the callers always either give horrible Opinions ( Melos a cancer , trade the team everyone is thugs ,or they change the subject .) only Evan and carton can talk basketball of the main hosts, boomer and benigno got that old white guy that don't watch basketball opinions . Craig's good when he's focused but acting a fool idk.
Boomers Interviews on weei are way better then him on the show , it's like he lets Craig do the heavy lifting . He doesn't bring much insight for a former nfl qb

Nah Beningo isnt an old white fan at all, he loves Basketball its just that he hardly watches any games anymore it seems in any sport. he fell the fucck off

I also dotn agree that Mike got the best show anymore, he gets ratings purley of reputation, he actually has no clue about any of the major sports EXCEPT football. He dont know shiit about baseball, he just thinks he does, he got that old white baseball opinion, basketball and hockey he just dont knw period and honestly I cant stand horse racing talk, if youre not a degenrate that goes to OTB daily why would you?

98.7 I agree with whoever in this thread (was it rev or tre or trip?) said they should eliminate the national shows, Mike and Mike and Cowherd are asss but SAS and Rucko and Kay are a good listen, 5 years ago I NEVER changed from 66 but now I listen to 98.7 or what used to be 1050 a lot more, there more entertaining than Mike to me right now on MOST days, unless Mike has one of these rants or falls asleep but if he does I can always see it on youtube anyway. La Greca is the goat cohost, but I actually hate to listen to him when hes by himself for some reason he bores me

As a parent of an asthmatic son, I can understand where Mike is coming from. I've had those kinds of nights where you just gotta be up... I can totally respect and understand that... But my man...
