a lot of anger and rage.....and rightfully so. But let's step back and realize that we are only becoming more and more frustrated because it is very much more evident with each year that America is still designed to protect the white and privileged, even @ the cost of our lives.

Rioting is not going to change the SYSTEM.
Boycotting is not going to change the SYSTEM.

Only YOU Changing YOURSELF Will Set You Free. This is why they promote all this demonic "money, drugs, murder and sex" music so that we adapt that lifestyle and persona which leads a lot of our men to think we have to have thuggish characteristics to be a "real nikka/man". They promote chicks like Beyonce,Rihanna ,Superhead and Reality Show Stars because they teach our women to give up their virginity and that it is "modern" and "acceptable" to be a whore.

We have to be spiritual men that lead our households by EXAMPLE. Not just getting revved up about a hot topic and telling someone else what they should do to make the world better. We as young men and men need to take back the leadership position in our communities. They use music and entertainment to keep us dumbed down so that when issues like this Michael Brown case arises there are not any young powerful speakers who can express themselves in the manner that a Fred Hampton did @ the age of 20.

Its time to stop acting like getting high, drunk, having random sex partners, buying overpriced clothes, listening to music about black on black crime and loving money is the BEST LIFE HAS TO OFFER. Wisdom is more valuable than gold. They don't care if you have a bank full of gold as long as your mind is empty of wisdom.

They say boycott black friday and yeah that's cool but lets take it a step further. Let's boycott ALL MUSIC that glorifies the killing, robbing, extortion and belittling of black people. Boycott Def Jam and Interscope FIRST because they are doing more harm to our communities right now than black friday. RIGHT NOW there are thousands of black youths LISTENING to this music to get them hyped up to kill someone or hit a lick. STOP SUPPORTING IT. And if you can't, don't ask anyone to boycott black friday.

  1. Boycott All Music Labels That Put Out Music Promoting Violence In The Black Community
  2. Boycott All Cable Networks That Put Out Shows Demeaning and Negatively Influencing Us
  3. Boycott Liquor and Bad Habits Stores. We don't have many stores in the hood but they make sure there is a liquor store and a couple bad habits stores on EVERY CORNER. They don't want us sober and thinking clearly. They want us wasting our money and being enslaved to liquor, tobacco and weed, its plain to see, the streets are literally designed to draw us in to sin.
  4. Stop Having Sex With Women You Don't Value. If you are going to have more than one woman, atleast let it be women you care about. There are a lot of Fatherless children out there right now because their Dad was only using Moms for a quick nut. Women can be very whorish, I know that firsthand but we as men have to stop whoring out our women, or this situation is going to get worse and worse.
  5. Read Aloud To Your Children And Have Them Read Aloud To You Instead Of Having Them Play With A Tablet or Video Game All Day
  6. Eat Healthy. Black People Are Dying By The Thousands Everyday Because They Will Put Death In Their Mouth As Long As It's Seasoned Right
  7. Respect Each Other. No Matter How Much Money Someone Has Or Doesn't Have We Need To All Have Respect For One Another And To Value Each Other As FAMILY
  8. Be Charitable. No Im not talking about giving a dollar to a junkie or wino, im talking about helping out brothers and sisters who you know are late on rent, a mortgage. Someone you know who could use a ride to work. If you have something others don't, share the wealth, don't hoard it and look down on others who haven't reached your financial status YET.
  9. Be Forgiving. Holding grudges promotes the increase of division within the community. Forgiveness increases unity.
  10. Be An Example, We have to treat ourselves like we want other to treat us, so if we hate each other, look down on each other and talk down to one another why would you expect other races to treat us better than we treat ourselves? We as a community have to get back to being a community. We tried just being blind "Americans" and reality woke us back up from the fantasy, lets get back to our roots. Our souls, spirits, values, and wisdom should be the focus not our clothes, money or worldly pleasures. If you are looking for nothing but pleasure then america will give you your fill, this is your paradise. But if you seek wisdom and a spiritually valuable life then you will find that America constantly resists both.
^^^^If we are not going to try and commit to these kind of values within our own households, then you can keep your black friday boycott, or your christmas special boycott because those are actions that mean nothing when it comes down to our community. The beautiful thing is that it doesn't take money or connections to fix the problems we have in our community, it just takes humility, understanding, love and passion for something bigger than your own personal gain. That my rant. 1

1. I already don't buy no rap music other than Strange Music's shyt. Cause I know my nikka Tech N9ne gets a 100% cut of my money. Plus if you go independent and go against the grain refusing to be a slave to the system then you deserve support. I like a lot of artist that are on major labels, but I can't buy their music if some no good Jew gets all the cash from it and the black artist only gets a few pennies per an album. Sorry can't do it.

2. Have not watched BET in years, it's no longer black owned anyway so...

3. I Don't mess with drugs, and I only dabble with alcohol when I'm at the club

4. American women that are wife-able are hard to find these days, I wouldn't really say that's a black thing. It's why cacs have a high interracial rate with Asian and now recently Hispanic women. Because they do not subscribe nor believe in feminism and are very traditional in their gender roles.

5. We need to start taking building, supporting, and funding black schools seriously. Brown vs The Board of Education was a failure because the schools are becoming more segregated than they were 10 years ago thanks to whites numbers dwindling. Putting our kids alongside white kids was not going to help them.

6. I wouldn't say that's a black thing either. Soul Food is not good for you, but neither is Italian nor Mexican food. Both Italians and Mexicans have health issues from their food choices. James Gandolfini did die due to his diet.

7. Yea that jealousy and envy shyt has to go. Rap music only fuels that mentality. If an Asian, Jew, or Hispanic person knows one of their own with more money than them. They say "Help me run a business, you can fund it and put money behind it, while I run it and get up early everyday to open it." Not that bullshyt that too many of us do "Let's set this nikka up and rob/steal this nikka"

8. Due to the point I referenced in number seven a lot of black folks tend to shy away from that. I got a cousin who I tried to do that for and that nikka end up stealing my 250 dollars white IPod Classic back in the day. I still don't fukk with that nikka to this day. He never finished school and now sits around collecting two welfare checks every month stuck in the same town with suicidal thoughts and I can honestly care less. People like him who want to sabotage black wealth while running to his white daddy for government subsidies are a fukking stain on our communities. No different or better, maybe worse than uncle toms and bed wenches.

The funny thing is that town he's stuck in recently got overrun with Mexicans in the past 2 years and they're opening up stores left and right, and got white folks building three extra schools to get away from them which probably put his suicidal thoughts in overdrive but oh well.

9. I agree, but in the case if point 8 there is some folks better off leaving to rot

10. Agreed

Fukk outta here with that "blaming rap music" bullshyt. :camby:

You're just deflecting blame away from the police and justice system. There is never going to be a point where every black person in the country is some kind of saint with no bad habits who is always on their best behavior, that is a ridiculous standard that nobody else in the world would be held to. Please take that self-righteous nonsense elsewhere, the fact that every black person doesn't live up to your standard of morality is NOT the cause of this problem.

Rap music is a cancer which fuels violence.
Unless the root of the problem is target every effort is worthless.

Riddle me this oh great enlightened one. Did killings like this exist before Hip Hop, Rihanna, Beyonce, Rick Ross and all that other bs you just said? YES. So get all the way the fukk outta here with that cop out. Im not saying that shyt is not influential, but this has been going on for far longer than Hip hop has been around. What was the excuse for then?

white supremacy existed before rap music and it will more than likely exist after rap music. when blacks were catching the most assaults from whites, there was no rap music and they weren't dressed like "thugs"

goddamn, you buck dancing c00ns are something else. especially you first generation nikkas

Rap music is just once piece of the puzzle. But ever since that time before rap music there has been laws to address racial injustice in America.
I'm not stupid to believe it fixes everything but having traveled the world enough(North Africa, West Africa, Europe and some middle eastern counties). I can say America is ahead of most countries when it comes to how blacks are treated.

We all believe the shooting was wrong but the real issue here is why did Mike Brown think it was OK to strong arm a shop owner? Where did he learn that from?

I believe rap played a part :yeshrug:
Rap music = straight poison
