Whats ironic is that America loves a good revolution/underdog movie (Les Miserables/Hunger Games) but when peaceful furguson protesters are being met with real tyranny everyone is silent in support. Ferguson is basically the hunger games except all the other districts are turning a blind eye to the oppression of the capital.

Or the Chris Dorner method of going after family is what makes them wake up. They're so used to harming innocent people but when it happens to innocent people that they know, they bring out drones.

The fukked up thing is right now I don't have CNN (Dish network) & I flipped to MSNBC to see if they were doing live coverage, which u think they would be... They was showing Rachel Maddow. I got nothing against Rachel, but really?!??! This just irritates me.

You are very naive if you believe that black people's issues centers around poverty. Our issues are a cultural one. You can dump billions of dollars into the hood to fight but it wont stop the poverty mindset. It's really quite simple blacks dont support each other nor invest in their own communities. This is where our frustration really stems from and when incidents like these occur it gives us a reason to redirect our focus.
R.I.P to Mike Brown and condolences to his grieving parents but since his death there have been countless young black youths who've been murdered by other blacks. So when I look at the outrage regarding this young man's untimely death, I can't help but see it as disingenuous. Black people don't really care about the lives of their children. It only matters to us when that child's life is taken by someone white. This is the only time our lives have value.

Money would help but we are too small in numbers to matter...you think if black people were 50% of the population and the black family unit was intact there wouldn't be massive upheaval ? It's too late ...the destruction is nearly complete.

Missouri is already "burnt". This state is dead. It's a ghost state.

And it's fitting that it's right in the middle of the country. Real talk - a lot of the United States is in the same condition.
That's why these white folk/powers-that-be are scared.

All these states where there were nice little communities with small businesses decades ago are washed
(which is why the "group economics" fix ain't really the lick), and all they have left are the idea that these wastelands still belong to them.
It's just like every world power when it begins to fall.

Yes sir. The Midwest is done. Some cities are making a come back and some are even have decent growth (Kansas City) but as a whole people have left for the west coast and now down south for years. The Rams, when they leave for LA will put a nasty light on Missouri and yet another black eye for a region that doesn't need any.
