Mikal Bridges has eaten at Chipotle everyday since 2013

Could you eat that much Chipotle?

John Salley (bad boy pistons) had that breakfeast club interview maybe 7-8 years ago where he shared the story of how during his NBA career his doctor informed him that Salley's BP was dangerously high and Salley had been like WTF bc of course he was still a fit NBA player who felt as healthy as ever.

But his diet had been shyt and despite his healthy appearance, the Doctor warned him that if he kept that bullshyt up it would catch up with him post-retirement.
So of course he changed up his diet completely and etc etc.

So as long as Mikal has everything monitored and checks out alright then it is what it is; tho even health reasons aside, simply eating the same ish every day for 10 years is wild/cap-worthy, but more power to him.
Damn that shyts spooky!

I kinda believe him about the eating the same shyt daily thing though. My bro is the same way with shyt where he might go a 9-12 months stretch eating the same shyt to simply his diet. I had a summer where I ate sweetgreen daily because it was one 8 mins from the air bnb I was staying while my home was being built. Lol

But yea, 10 years is a bit different though

Pro athletes don't need to worry about sodium :heh: Without high sodium intake they would be weak and cramping up constantly.

Think a professional athlete is the average American, brehs
Facts. My roommate in college ran track and they drank sodium boosters every hour when training.

Athletes lose sodium at insane rates from sweating. If they didn’t have high sodium intakes their bodies would break down. Y’all can’t compare them to average dudes sitting on the coli all day

Exactly

I’m no professional athlete but when I was just an athlete, i use to cramp up something serious without some sodium enriched drink to get me through the day

His sodium, AND calorie intake is different than the average coli couch potato… even more than the 6 certs, 6 figure, 6 foot, 6% bodyfat nikka

The coli is something else. Got a guy on here named @DropTopDoc talking bout he some type of chiropractor. Just his name alone screams of malpractice, unsanitary yelp reviews :BrutusScust:

CAP chipotle was infamous for food poisoning during the time he supposedly started. I got it twice and refuse to eat chipotle because of it

I’m headed to chipotle now on the strength of this thread.

Looked up the salt content. Not too bad and well below the daily limit if you pack your bowl right.
