"I'm used to Tito Trinidad always underestimating me and think I can not go the extra mile, but he knows that when I fell I got up, something he could not do during his career as once he lost his title he never again became a champion "

-Miguel Cotto-

Miguel Cotto exclusively responds to the comment made by Felix "Tito" Trinidad where briefly wanted to say I saw Canelo as victor.

Once Tito lost to B-Hop, he was basically a retired fighter though. He only fought 4 times in after that, with the time span in between being years. He was on that Brock Lesnar part time status, just popping back from time to collect a paycheck.

You really think he couldn't have picked up another belt if he stayed active :usure:

Tito never became champ again because he didn't want to, not because he couldn't

lowkey, tito been sending shots for awhile now.

i remember there was something on boxingtalk when cotto-zab was taking place, where tito said zab could win. cotto did break tito attendance record at madison square garden (3xs) and the ricans love him there. Could be jealousy :manny:

probably:manny:
Cotto became the first Puerto Rican boxer to win world titles in four different weight classes:manny:

To be fair though...Tito was out'chea attempting to reclaim his title from a prime Winky Wright...

While Cotto took his titles off two dudes that only had two fully functional working legs between them. :pachaha:
