I was 100% embarrassed after seeing this 
As I mention last week. The team identity is known and the squad is not good. Chip destroyed the team as Maclin and Jackson is ballin. Get rid of Kelce, Celek, Cooper, Kiko, Jason Peters is done, Biggers (Really smfh).
We need two guards move Johnson to the outside and we need legit pass rushers/Linebackers. Graham is ass and Barwin too. Get Vinny Curry on the field asap and switch this defense to a 4-3. Play more Zone which is Maxwell strength.

you cant just "get rid" of guys..I think cutting Peters and Kelce would leave tons of dead cap money....you can cut Cooper and Celek bc the cap hit wont be as bad ( but there would be one)
I know that but they have to get rid of dead weight and bite the bullet on some guys. Demarco and Chip don't get along especially since Chip can't use his guards but to cut him will cost 12 million. We had a 12 million dollar guy on the bench last night. Wtf is he doing.

I hate to say this..but we have to just ride with it...you cut who you can ( KKKoop, some of the Oline, maybe sproles, celek, ryans) and figure away to boost the line so you can actually use Murray

He is primarily a blocking TE and his blocking skills have fallen off dramatically- he is good for a super recieving game here and there but he isnt a pass catching threat to count on

To fix the offense ... U just need to revamp the interior line. Chip was straight bugging thinking u gonna plug any one in there and u gonna be balling.
Football games are always won in the trenches. Dont matter what your offensive or defensive system is. It always comes back to those fundamentals.
Again u are not gonna effectively pass or run the ball if u lack a good O line.

theres too many things that need to be fixed to even go in detail at this point... we need to tank these last 2 and get better draft position
id like to see eagles in the playoffs but we're FOOLING ourselves if we remotely think this team would do major damage or be a dark horse in the offs at this point.. get the tank rolling for these last 2 games but knowing this team we will prolly win the next 2 and get destroyed in the playoffs right after

I recently noticed that we have the worst defense in the league statistically. Obviously its because of the quick paced offense but it still says a lot. Things need to be changed in the way the team conducts but under Kelly it wont happen. It's a shame because there is a lot of untapped potential...(ie. Slowing the playcalling in certain situations, adding some power run formations etc.) Kelly is just too stubborn. Honestly brehs...maybe it's time for a change.
I'm willing to give Kelly another year to learn from his personnel decision making mistakes but after that...if we dont make the playoffs next year toss him.

i agree chip needs to get rid of Billy Davis or we are going to be doing the same shyt on defense. but i think Chip is to p*ssy to fire his man Billy.
