Damn, so the $20 option for ChatGPT gives access to the new image generation, Sora and the pro tier chat?

:patrice:

Looks like it's not "unlimited access" tho... but that's a hard price to beat.

ChatGPT's image generation + the deep research search tool makes paying the $20/mo a no brainer. It shaves HOURS off my usual workflow.

Then you get access to Sora but it caps you at 720p...5 second clips, and 2 variations at a time. Thats more than enough for me.

You're making a whole documentary so it might not be enough for your project .

i was creating images for literally 8 hours straight last night :laff: I dont know how OpenAi can afford this. I never got hit with a cap either

only messages like this

G99tV4s.png

then i would tell it to make a "generic miles Morales" and it would still create the real one :mjlol: . its real finicky, but if your patient you can make some dope artwork in there

Good to know. I definitely need more for video. Runway upscales to 4K, which I need. I'm not going to keep the sub beyond this month tho.

:skip:

I've been using the hell out of it this last week. And MJ. I created so many images that even on the unlimited plan they throttled me from using the upscale image option until the next payment cycle.

I probably can swap that out for the paid ChatGPT option because MJ is $30 going month to month and provides less value now after OpenAI's last update

What is the best bang for the buck for generating images/flyers and other graphics?

What would be the best bang for the buck for video?

What are the benefits of deep research? Like I see it but I don’t know what difference it makes.

It will scrape the internet to give you a more comprehensive answer. It normally takes 15-20 min to run and it will come back with info from Reddit, major news sites, etc.

I think they limit you to 10 deep searches a month on the $20 plan.

The is is pretty fire - do you think someone could create a 25 minute short story with this? What platform was used again?
25 minutes would be hard to do. Character and environment consistency is challenging for that long of time. Depending on the style you are going for would determine how difficult keeping everything consistent.

I used Midjourney for image generation and Runway for animating the images for video.

ChatGPT's image generation after the recent update is reportedly better at character consistency, but I haven't used it to know

Sounds good. Is there a formula for AI prompts or is it just be as descriptive as possible?

There's definitely a method to it.

All of the generated images have the prompts that were used visible (unless they have them private)

You can look through the explore page and profile pages and to see which styles you like for inspiration and start using similar prompts to create variations of your own. Some are really descriptive while some are simple.

They also have a personalization feature where they have you select from multiple example images on which you prefer and it sets your default profile style.

There's a ton of information on YouTube on how everything works and how mixing reference styles and all that, def check that out for detailed breakdowns
