If you've got a decent wifi setup you should be good to go. if you've got the device connected directly to LAN it should be near seamless

I can only speak on my experience with Stadia and PSNow tho PSNow was definitely a lot spottier and less quality but Stadia is very much a viable option if you can find games you'd actually want to play on it

If MS brings that Stadia quality with the GamePass library then you can say cloud gaming has truly arrived
