In reality if you really wanted to go back and play lies of p years from now you could just buy it then it will be dirt cheap and you still spent less money than if you purchased it outright day one.

The best part is you think remnant 2 or any of these games in the last decade or so that you get on a disc are worth anymore than the plastic they are on.I could
A. spend 27 dollars to buy remnant 2 and have it forever
or
B. spend 17 dollars per month to rent Remnant 2 for however long I'm subbed to gamepass

If your Ver 1.0 of the game isn't bug free or can't be run from the disc without needing a patch you might as well go ahead and toss it out the window when you done unless you a collector because technically it's worthless. You own slightly more of nothing than the guy who "rented" it
Whenever they "turn off" support for the game you gonna need the same space and updates as the guy with the digital version or the guy who "rented" it

Was gonna surprise my son and trade in is PS4 and upgrade literally just for Spider-Man. Now ima just buy the game for him and let him keep the PS4 for a while
