Microsoft is shutting down the Xbox 360 Store Front

I wonder if the same energy will be kept here

If the best games weren't mostly available on the current generation store maybe.

With PS3, PSP, and PS Vita once those stores closed most of that library was mostly inaccessible on modern hardware. With Xbox 360 you can just buy and play those games on modern hardware or if you own the physical discs put them in and play.
