well...yea it does. ive had mine for about 2 weeks...quick and dirty rundown...
pros:
starbucks app (windows phone doesnt even have an official starbucks app)
shytload of notifications - twitter, text, calls, facebook, weather...whatever alert you can get on your phone basically...even "charge your phone"
you can limit email notifications with a VIP list
complete cortana integration...i can set appointments without going to my phone. it has a microphone
pretty good sleep tracking
handful of really good workout plans in the accompanying MS health app...free
incredible run/walk/workout feedback
connects with myfitnesspal
a couple of biometric sensors...heart rate, body temparature...
gps
already been hacked wide open, so there are a couple of unofficial apps that access things that havent been implemented (like body temperature, custom wallpaper)
automatic text replies to calls...can be customized
do not disturb mode
cons:
its ugly and scuffs easily
no official use for the body temp sensor
sleep tracking is manual...hit the action button before you retire...hit the action button when you wake up
cant prove it but i think the step counter is off
vibrates hard when i get notifications but its too quick and easy to miss
water resistant not waterproof
got this joint for less than half retail and its cool. im only keeping it because its future proof and i have a windows phone
my wife has a fitbit surge which does most of the important stuff (fitness, automatic sleep tracking, call notification) without a screen...

now it needs elevation sensing to count flights of steps...
I got the Vivoactive. Last a week on one charge and has a replaceable band.

These bands don't do enough to justify the price, they don't. Its less capable than a phone, so it should be cheaper.
