He paid for the features breh , if you have the amount that the artist is asking for they will do the feature regardless of if your popping or not. Snoop has a ton of features with a bunch of bums no one knows, are they also plants? This is normal as hell for anyone who's actually in the industry and trying to get on.

You can also just trade other things of value instead of money it just depends on the situation and timing.

My question is when was he supposedly planted? The man was out grinding putting out mixtapes and building a following like every other artist that eventually gets put on. All it takes is catching the ears of just one right person and you get put on.
