Haha yes! They were called nWo 2000. Actually, that was the official name for the Black and Silver group that I referred to. They were all together as nWo2000 (the logo being black and silver.)

So terrible :dead:

I think they restructured it because Hall, Nash, and Bret Hart all got hurt or something so they had to switch it up. That's when they had all the bytches in the ring with them; this was also when Steiner cut that shoot promo on Flair if my memory is correct.

Nash catches a lot of flack for trolling and basically having free reign over the asylum which he sort of deserves, BUT. .. the finger poke of doom was icing on a cake that had been cooking slowly since some idiot decided Hoekogan shouldn't have gotten his ass thoroughly kicked for 12 minutes or so and beat CLEAN by Sting aka "a payoff". the nWo coulda been restructured etc after then, but there was never a real ending for one of the most meaningful moments/angles of the attitude era.

WCW had some damn good moments after that, but the writing was on the wall after that as the WWE caught lightning with two all time greats hitting their strides side by side.

Finger Poke of doom stands out as an easy to point to as a fall out but it was just indicative of what was going wrong as a whole with that company by then.

-P-

The way the nWo broke apart was terrible booking in retrospect. There never should have been two separate factions of the nWo; it actually would have been pretty easy to break up the group and create individual stars or tag teams without having to split the group into two factions and have Sting, Luger, and The Giant join up with a group they've hated for years.

:heh: don't forget the bWo also from ECW.

Nash must be drunk again. Just saw this on my Twitter feed that he posted around 4:30amish it looks like

bWo was somewhat legit, even though it was a parody it was one of Stevie Richard's best runs in wrestling. When they came out the crowd was always :dj2:. when you messed with Big Stevie Cool, Da Blue Guy and Hollywood Nova!

I wonder if Nash ever regrets not going back to the WWE sooner.

Nash mixes too much trolling into his facts . He also like triple hhh gives themselves too much credit for being booked as world beaters when wrestling is clearly fake . there were a lot of people that could of been booked like them and looked good.

I see Nash is still get his :troll: on. Ol' Whisker Biscuits didn't cut up his hand until after the Fingerpoke of Doom. I hope no one expected Nash to man up and say, yeah, we fukked up that night.

How to curiosity what WCW pay per view had the highest Buy rate in history? How many buys did hogan sting have?

Sent from Seattle, by way of Ann Arbor on Tapatalk: The Remix

Sting/Hogan at Starrcade 97 drew a 1.9 which was WCW's highest PPV buyrate ever. :wow: and all for that botched finish that had to get rectified at Superbrawl :dead:

Fascinating Story, I remember this Night but however it didn't effect me because I was a Full Time WWF Guy. I couldn't really watch WCW for some reason, I was all for Shawn, Rock, Austin, etc. That Night, I never changed the Channel and watched Mick Foley vs. The Rock. :win:
