MichaelWhite vs smARTmouf (Round 3)

Wow, what a fukking battle. This was epic.

It's like Smartmouf watched a Roots marathon and then channeled the energy of all our fallen ancestors to land a brutal Civil Rights uppercut. I was honestly waiting for someone to go this route against Mike since dude is just too fukking polished to beat straight up. I even predicted him to win this match up because of it. I just knew you gotta pull out all the stops and go the extra mile to beat a dude like Mike and I honestly think that's what Smart did in this battle. He took it imo.

He seamlessly blended history, creativity (with the cac voice), jokes, and straight up disses into his battle. shyt was flawless. He really took it too another level. I felt like after I heard that verse the shyt looked like the Quickening on some Highlander shyt where a nikka gets lifted into the air and storm clouds and lighting appear from outta nowhere. shyt was just that powerful. Amazing. That shyt definitely deserves to blow up on it's own as a stand alone song.

As for Mike, he didn't disappoint either. He dropped another great verse. shyt was dope all around. He has the better flow and delivery no doubt, but it just wasn't enough this time. I know he didn't mean anything really by saying Boy at the end, but that shyt was still funny to me due to the whole dismissive vibe I felt it carried after hearing Smart's verse. It was on some " fukk your black history poem." type shyt. I just hope nobody takes it the wrong way, because when you battling anything goes and its all entertainment. I even heard a nikka diss his opponents dead uncle once in a battle and surprisingly that shyt didn't go to blows. So it's all good.

Great battle. Truly worthy of a Final's match up.

Smartmouf verse was crack, that shyt should be made into a song minus the disses

That part bout being educated and qualified for positions but cant get it was real

Whole shyt was real talk

Paul Mooney skits was a nice touch too

Michael White was dope too, that flow was fukkin crack and the lyrics were on point too

Flow was crack all the way through and had some dope quotables

The flow was the standout point tho

Excellent choice of instrumental as well

for the record, I've been the freshest since freshman year /

Very difficult battle to judge and I still aint 100 on it, had to run both back twice and still undecided

Mike had more filler overall, that's the one thing about his verse, the flow was dope all throughout and the lines that hit hard hit hard but the ones that didnt was just flat out filler

Smart lines that didn't hit hard still went with the overall theme of his verse

Plus Peter Pan line was the highlight of the batttle

Going just off flow I'd go with Mike plus his shyt was more of a diss but overall I'ma go with Smartmouf for having more consistency and overall harder punches
