I heard this c00n is from the Southside of Chicago...somebody correct me if I'm wrong...but this is what can happen when a nikka reach the pinnacle of success in his chosen profession but lacks the spine to maintain some semblance of his own identity as it relates to his race of people...ya cant separate yourself from the perspective that CaC's have of people who look like us...the nikka has a live platform to reach millions of viewers on a daily basis...and he stay chopping nikkas like he in the street with the hammer....Lifetime Neg for me..

There are middle class black neighborhoods in the southside. Thats a result of redlining.

Wouldnt be surprised if Wilbon grew up on that side, especially considering he played hockey as a kid and thats always been an expensive sport.

Real talk.. I basically learned to read because of Michael Wilbon and Tony Kornheiser.. I used to look forward to and read every last one of there columns in the Washington Post growing up in MD, and when they used words i didn't know i'd go run to the dictionary and look up what it was.


That being said as much of a fan as I was on Wilbon I really peeped game on him over the last year and stopped watching he shows since last when he started ranting about Marshawn Lynch calling him and idiot and saying he would be broke once he's out of the league.

I dont use the term "c00n " lightly like a lot of people do on hear.. But if I was every to look for an example of what a c00n was, I'd look for someone to reference this example...

Its the same with me, I grew up reading Kornhieser's and Wilbon's columns, listening to Tony's radio show from the start in 94, Full Court Press. Them dudes got me interested in Journalism. And maybe because i was young, but Wilbon was really impressive to me, Tony's radio show before he went ESPN was the best Sports Radio show to me so far. And his style column was brilliant.

Lol I was a fan of Around the Horn and PTI since like the second and third episodes.... Back when Stephen A was dikk ridin the Sixers..... Used to watch Best Damn Sports Show Period back then too..... This ain't 2001 or 2002 anymore.... These folks are just talking heads now...... They claim only flex their journalism credentials when they have run their mouths into the ground and done said some stupid shyt......Haven't watch PTI or Around the Horn since the summer but it's been blatantly obvious for the last 5, 6, 7, 8 years that you shouldn't take these folks seriously.....
