Well that’s easy. The right wing have the most money and resources because they support oligarchy - ie a few people having way more wealth/power than everyone else. And to keep it that way they invest vast sums of money into politicians to do their bidding and media to push propaganda to support their ideologies.

It’s why I laugh whenever people say the media is “liberal”. You have some media ie CNN, etc that may pay some lip service to socially liberal things like gay rights, abortion etc but never rock the boat too much when it comes to ECONOMIC policy

Look at the allegedly liberal MSNBC. When Bernie looked like he was going to win they were shaking in their boots with hosts openly insulting him - the potential Democratic nominee! They wouldn’t disrespect any other candidate like that. That’s because they knew he’d push for economic reform policies that may include taxing corporations (of which MSNBC like all mass media is owned by a corporation) at higher rates, advocate for more regulations and other things to reduce corporate power as well as higher taxes on wealthy individuals.
