i have ALOT of family in Newark and E.Orange
and I work alot of the time in those areas
when i was younger some of my cousins and the kids i knew and they knew they would just steal cars, maybe crash the shyts, lead cops on lil chases, or get a few bucks for them from the scrap muthafukkas
