Tim Duncan could garner it, but I don't think he's narcissistic enough to announce his retirement in the beginning of the season in order to get the whole big tour on his way out. Plus he'll probably be competing for a chip til the day he retires.
EDIT: If Lebron announces his retirement in the beginning of the season his retirement tour would rival and very possibly exceed this; he is going to be appreciated far more on his way out and when he's retired than he is now, and people will realize it then how great he was individually and for the game.
