I find it hard to believe someone who wanted to win as bad as Michael Jordan would risk everything to get drunk. Besides, any medical staff can EASILY get rid of a hangover with IV's, food and some ibuprofen

Dehydration is only half the problem with hangovers.

Your body oxidizes alcohol once to form acetaldehyde and then again to form acetic acid.

When excess alcohol is consumed acetaldehyde builds up as your body can not metabolize it efficiently. This compound is more toxic than alcohol and causes the worst physical effects related to hangovers.

A medical staff would not be able to help with this aspect of a hangover.

My thoughts exactly and it wasn't even like the game tipped off at noon where THEN you could suggest he may have had a hangover, but it was a evening tip off

I used to party hard and would rarely get hangovers. But the 5 or so times I took it too far it took like 12-15 hours just to be have enough strength to get out of bed.

Jordan was well known to party all night even during the finals. I think it was in Rodman's book that he talked about getting fined for his partying while Jordan was out partying just as long.
