Why would Michael need women to be "snuck" into his bedroom?

Many reasons. One, he was the most famous person in the world and didn’t want his dealings out in the media. His music portrayed that of a romantic type guy who was a gentleman, but if he was smashing chicks left and right, it would contradict that image he wanted for himself. Also, Mike was pretty naive and wanted to portray this childlike innocent persona at the expense of making himself look weird.
