And here's one more MJ story for the road: He also apparently wanted to be Jar Jar Binks. Listened to a great podcast called Newcomers with Nicole Byer and Lauren Lapkus where they watch everything Star Wars for the first time. They had Ahmed Best for the final episode who played Jar Jar and told this insane story of meeting MJ for the first time with George Lucas, and MJ brushed Ahmed off with George admitting Michael really wanted the part.

So he wanted Spiderman, Professor X, Blade, and Jar Jar Binks before settling on Agent M in the MIB franchise (which was based off of a comic book.)
