For the record, I consider Prince to be quite talented. He's experimental, does some unique stuff, can write quite well, as evidenced on "Nothing Compares 2 U". Premo and Timbaland are huge fans and clearly there's an element of Prince in some of my all-time favorite hip hop. I just don't know a single song of his that I think is fantastic, other than "Make Up" by Vanity 6 (that song is so ahead of its time it's not even funny). "Kiss" is a good song. But it's not "Beat It" or "Wanna Be Startin Somethin", nahmean?

:ld:Prince shyt is great, but I would rather be stranded on a desert island with Jacko shyt than Prince shyt. I used to like sniffin a line then driving around at night bumpin Diamonds & Pearls. Then one night I was at the crib n I was listenin to Beat It, n I did a bump, then I kept replaying that shyt n I did a couple more bumps n started dancin like Jacko n shyt, cuz I was by myself in my draws and God and the Bible.

But sometimes, man Prince just get too damn weird. All that falsetto vocalizing bullshyt, come on bro. Like, u can have somebody come to ur spot n ur bumpin Jacko n they cool. A lotta Prince album cuts, even some singles, mfers be thinking u a homo.
