The CIVIL case got settled out of court....after Irvin countersued for defamation. Prosecutors declined to press criminal charges for that case. This all mentioned in the OP.

I don't see how that makes him 1-1. 2-0 in my book.

I looked it up after posting...he's 1-1 so far. 1 got dropped and the woman got charged with perjury for lying on him but the other one was an out of court settlement
