Yeah, some FCS or D2 school will take a chance on dude..believe that. I played for two different FCS schools in college and every yr we would get some D1 transfers that either couldn't get on the field in D1, or got kicked off the squad.

But maybe the gun or weed was the friend's.. Or perhaps the cop was black & tryna help a brother out. Maybe the trooper was a football fan?

The trooper was DUMB to help with inquire about reporting procedures, discuss the NCAA consequences, & offer to take the gun while the dashboard cam recorded it all. Stopped short of sampling the weed, thank goodness.
