Disgusting.

The sad part is, he'll raise millions after the Zimmerman fan club reads about this.

This is pretty tame, Rush Limbaugh goes way harder than that, I don't see how he gets convicted. All the elements of stand your ground is there.
You're always acting all alarmist about this shyt. :beli: The elements for SYG are not there. This isn't the Trayvon case. There is no evidence that he had to defend himself against anything. The kids were in a car with the doors closed and there was no gun. If he gets off, if it will be because the jury is completely biased or racist and throws all legal evidence out of the window.

And :wtf: are you talking about pretty tame? Did you actually read the letters? There's 3 letters linked in the article. Rush Limbaugh is a racist, but does NOT go harder than that. Those letters sound like they were lifted directly from st0rmfr0nt or some grand dragon's personal diary.

I read the letters, just the usual dribble.

The only thing required is reasonable fear, its irrelevant that he started the confrontation knowing he had a gun. The law has been very clear on that, lately.

There are cases where people killed someone from 20 feet away and never got charged.

Reasonable fear that the person intended to kill you or cause great bodily harm. There is no evidence we know of that that is present here. He shot into an occupied vehicle where the kids were sitting. Then he fled the scene without calling the police. No gun was found. No witness corroborated his story. And he bragged about how "black thugs" need to be killed to teach them a lesson. There's no reason to believe he has a case.

You show up in every thread about a killing in FL and just automatically claim the shooter is getting off after reading whatever article is posted. :russ:

This is the only case where I've felt that way, I even made a thread. http://www.thecoli.com/threads/i-mi...ough-evidence-to-convict-micheal-dunn.135114/

And I can only think of 4 shootings in Florida, Trayvon, Michael Dunn, that burglar in Miami, and Naked runner.

I posted a case about some dude who killed his neighbors and claimed the Bush doctrine as his defense and you came in on some knee jerk shyt saying he's going to get off.

Anyway, this case is looking like an open and shut first degree murder. This piece of shyt opened fire into a vehicle of unarmed teens, fled the scene, didn't call the cops, no gun was found in the jeep, and no witnesses corroborated his story. A witness did say they heard Dunn say "Nobody talks to me like that" before he shot him. And he later wrote that "black thugs" need to be killed to send a message.

It has all the elements of felony murder. Chill with the alarmist hyperbole.

I forgot all about that one, I'm still on the fence about that one.

The SYG law is vague and jurors can interpret it anyway they want. That guy who let off 31 shots will probably be convicted, but it will be based on the prerogative of the jury and not based on the legal merits of the case.

William T. Woodward had reasonable fear those guys intended to cause bodily harm, just feeling threatened is the only burden the shooter has to satisfy in this backwards state. He never has to be in imminent danger.
