No, racism is a system of white supremacy. A system that works like a basketball game....one team versus another team.

What you describe and decry is prejudice. For example, not wanting to associate with someone due to their race. That is NOT racism.

Racism is a group dynamic working against the interest of another group. For example, in a white dominated society, black people having less access to resources for education and employment on the basis of being black. Prejudice alone does very little. Prejudice along with the ability to impose racism on another group can be and has been deadly.

Black CANNOT be racist because black people don't have adequate resources to impose their will on any group. Black people CAN be prejudice and bigoted.

Yes, within the context of white supremacy, we are on their basketball court. From that standpoint, the court changes per whichever team controls the political power of the environment. But from a grander scale, from a world viewpoint, its team versus team. Each team is competing for resources and ownership. White team. Yellow team. Red team. Black team.

The problem is black people think it's about everybody liking each other's uniform and shaking hands after the game.
